• NIE re-issuance in certain cases

Step-by-Step: How to Fill Out Tasa 790 Código 038

This form generates a barcode-based payment document that you take to a bank or pay online.

Step 1: Go to the Online Form

Visit the form page:
https://expinterweb.inclusion.gob.es/Tasa038/login.htm

⚠️ Important: In order to generate this form online, you must have a digital signature (certificado digital)issued by the Spanish government.
It does not need to belong to the applicant — a friend or trusted person can generate it for you.

Step 2: Fill in Your Personal Data, Place and Date

• NIF/NIE: Your foreigner number (starts with X, Y, or T)
• Name and Surname
• Nationality
• Address: (can be skipped)
• Declarante: Place and date

Be accurate — this form will be attached to your official records.

Step 3: Select the Correct Fee Section

Scroll down to the section titled “AUTOLIQUIDACIÓN” and check the following boxes:

• ✅ PRINCIPAL (this indicates it’s the main fee being paid)
• ✅ Under “7. SOLICITUD DE AUTORIZACIONES DE MOVILIDAD INTERNACIONAL (LEY 14/2013)”, check:
   “Autorización de residencia inicial”

The amount will populate automatically once these are selected.

Step 4: Choose payment option

• ✅ For cash/card payment at an ATM or at the Bank or via online banking select Forma de pago: En efectivo – this is a recommended option since the payment will be done faster.
  
• If for some reason you decide to pay via ACH debit you would need to provide bank account number and choose E.C. Adeudo en cuenta.

Step 5: Generate and Print the Form

• The form will generate a 3-page PDF:
  1. For the applicant
  2. For the administrative body
  3. For the bank

Print/Save all three. You will also need to submit it together with your application.

You will also need the last digits of the form, following number 790 038, to pay it at the ATM or via online banking.
